Have you ever felt stressed? Due to work or exams or relationships?
Well, if you get the understanding of mortal consciousness, you will never feel any pressure from day-to-day life.
Life is too precious to waste in worrying. Life is beautiful and you need to always be happy :)

The below post is an excerpt from - "Of Love and Life" - Juhi Chawla In Conversation with Sadhguru.
Sadhguru's words are thought-provoking, please check them below:
How many moments in a day are you conscious that you’re mortal?
The problem is you are living with an idea that you are immortal. When I say you’re immortal, you’re not actually thinking you’re immortal but you’re not conscious of your mortality.
"If you’re conscious that you are mortal you will stop worrying and would do nothing other than what is absolutely needed for you and everybody around you."
If you just become conscious of this one thing that always you’re conscious that “I’m mortal,” you don’t have to think “I will die today.” We don’t intend, we want to live as far as possible, just you know “One day I will die.” If you’re just conscious of this one thing you will naturally become spiritual.
If you see that you’re mortal, naturally over a period of time every day, every moment if you remind yourself this is a brief life “I am mortal, one day I will end,” you will see turning spiritual.
They would become fantastic. Just do this for two days and see you will become something truly fantastic within yourself just this is all.
Mortality makes you want to know what is the nature of your existence. You really want to know where you came from, where you will go only when it sinks into you all this drama pup – one day it will end but right now you think only others appear in obituary columns.
"If you want to know the value of life just know that it’s a brief happening."
See the time, the time that you spend here as life it’s a very relative experience. If you’re truly joyful and ecstatic, it’s horribly brief, believe me.
But on a particular day if you’re depressed or miserable, one day seems like an endless thing. So, only miserable people have a long life. If you’re a joyful, ecstatic person life is always brief, if you live to be hundred it’s still very brief.
For what possibilities a human being carries, for the immensity of what a human being is – it’s too brief a life. If you’re given hundred years, two hundred years it’s still, still too brief because before you know what’s happening before you explore a few dimensions of life it’ll be over. It’ll be over, okay.
The most important thing that’s happening in your life right now is that - you’re alive, nothing else.
For millions of people somebody who is dear to them did not wake up today. So just check the five or six people around you who mean the world to you - if they all woke up - Wow! It’s a fantastic day.
You woke up and everybody who matters to you around you woke up, is it not fantastic day?
Of all the people who go to bed tonight, not everyone will wake up tomorrow morning and if you wake up tomorrow morning, is it not a fantastic thing? You woke up, you are still alive is it not a great thing?
You need to celebrate and enjoy every moment of your life because life does not wait for you even for a moment.
Remember that your time on this earth is limited, so make the most of it!! :)
My parents reminded me of the laughing selfies which I took in Jan 2015 and that motivated me to capture another set :)
To generate laughter, I watched some hilarious comedy scenes on my laptop.
The photos were captured in my room and I didn't switch ON the light cause there was enough brightness in the evening sky and the beautiful sun rays filtered through the window :)
Click on any image to view as slideshow :)
I encourage you to do the same :) Please capture your laughing selfies and share them with your family, friends, on your blogs or facebook pages or any other social network sites.
Laughter is contagious, so laugh always and spread your joy to everyone around you :)
We are born to be happy and laugh, so make the most of it!!! :) Enjoy life!!! :)
