Trust...

I read this small story in a periodical today. You might have read the same or a similar one, but it’s nice to read again :)

When a soldier was injured and couldn’t get back to safety, his buddy went out to get him against his officer’s orders. He returned back mortally wounded and carried his friend on back who was already dead.

The officer was angry, “I told you not to go. Now I lost not one but both of you, it was not worth it”.

The dying man replied, “But it was more than worthy sir, because when I got to him he said, Sally I knew you would definitely come for me”.

A heart-warming story Charan showing us how important it is to hold onto trust right to the end. And that going against orders is necessary sometimes in life.
Thanks for sharing and reminding.
