Continued from Unconditional Love...Part 1
The purest form of love is unconditional love, born in every kind noble heart and churns out happiness :)
When you are ready to give and not expect anything in return, when you are ready to sacrifice anything that is you for the sake of others happiness and you really mean it from the bottom of your heart, such love fulfils life.
The word, "Unconditional" in the context of love is often used to convey God's love or our parents love or children's love or love from pets. But I believe that even a lover's love or a friend's love can be unconditional too. We all are capable of loving unconditionally in our day to day lives.
When we show care, concern, affection, warmth, love and show them genuinely from our heart and not just for the sake of it, such true feelings will flow through the receiver's heart, whoever may be at the receiving end and will touch their soul.
I remember words my Mom used to tell me and my sister when we were kids. She once said, "Spend more time with the people who have an innocent heart, cause their presence will not only make you forget your worries but their innocence makes you humble and purifies your heart". That is one reason why I love babies, toddlers and the very elderly people the most, cause they don't try to win over you with strength but will win you with their gentleness and innocence :)
But I did ask her, "What is purifying the heart mean?". I think she said, "Its that feeling of joy like you are a bird flying free in a wide open sky".

So, every time you love, just love unconditionally, it is hard not to expect the other person to love back, but as we learnt, all good things come for a price, so when you selflessly give out positive things to everyone around you, your heart gets lighter and enjoys happiness :)
Have a lovely Sunday, take care :)
