This morning, while reading a book, I came across a new word, "Cingulomania". Did you hear about it before?
Cingulomania means - "A strong desire to hold someone in your arms."

Well, let's recollect a few positive points from my past posts on hugs:
Hugs boost our happiness levels as hugging is the fastest way for your body to release Oxytocin into your blood. Oxytocin, also known as the “bonding hormone”, calms your nervous system and boosts positive emotions.
- A comfy hug lowers your blood pressure, especially helpful if you’re feeling anxious.
- A long hug lowers your cortisol (the stress hormone), enabling a higher quality of sleep.
- A bear hug increases your social connections and a sense of belonging.
Here is a hug from me to you, have a great day!! :)
Cheers!! :)
