Feels Great!! :)

Signed up for the gym membership today, was on the plan since long and feels great to have done it today and spent this evening trying out a variety of training equipment!!

Exercise is a wonderful stress reliever, a good workout helps you feel better, doesn't matter what kinda workout you do, just pick something that you enjoy, start doing and get your body moving! :)


Spent around two hours working on the machine bench press, ab cruncher, shoulder press, dumbbells, chest press, done some running on the treadmill, stationary bicycling, etc was really cool, enjoyed it.


So, the goal is to get the muscles growing in shape - chiseled six pack abs, strong biceps and sculpted shoulders!! Most important is to have a proper fitness regimen, the right diet, a healthy lifestyle and a relaxed mind :) Enjoy what you do!! :)
