Just a Review :)

Well, so let's have a casual look at the first poll result which explains some good points :)

I've made this post more like a conversation with my dear readers rather than addressing it like a formal council circular notice! ;)

• Apparently, this blog has only 7 readers, so I need to make more friends here on blogger :)

• I'm even more thankful to the 2 friends who think this blog can look better :) 

• If I had a wider reader friends circle, I am sure I'd have got 'Crap' as a vote too ;)

To be honest, what the blog looks at the moment is OK but we can always try out new styles and colours till we can find a really great one. I believe that unless we try out something we'd never know how its gonna work out, so this present design is not final, we'll keep checking other good ones as well :)

When I first started to play with the blog designing, I realised that the two most important aspects that stand out are - firstly the colour and second, the layout. Layout is easy unless you really want some out-of-the-box stuff.

Let me talk a bit about colours now. In my childhood, navy blue was my all time favourite colour, I used to choose t-shirts in navy blue with stripes and designs of white and red. But since I started to wear suits for interviews and presentations after graduating from college, I started to love black cause a black suit with a white shirt looks very smart and elegant than any other colours.

So I wanted my kinda colours on the blog which are - navy blue, white and black - so I started with navy blue and it somehow didn't look great, then I tried out black and it seemed alright. But black again doesn't suit on everything - it works only in a certain way.

I went with this darkish kinda page colour cause I thought it'd look good when I share videos this summer - of me singing, dancing, playing guitar, etc - hopefully I can get them recorded by my wonderful friends :) 

Coupla weeks ago, all of our friends met up was at a friend's birthday party and we've done one group dance and I've danced solo for one other song. I've asked one of my mates to make a video on the handy cam but that guy was a lazy ass, he recorded it on his phone instead, the dance was awesome but basically his phone is rubbish and the video quality is shit. And when I asked him, "What the flippin heck is this?". He said, "You gotta ensure there is proper bright lighting. Take it easy, dance again and I'll record again".

Anyway, I've got some great plans coming up for this summer, lots of singing with the guitar, I am trying for a chance to sing for a local Indian band here, they'd like me to attend a practice session with them sometime during the Easter vacation and hopefully I'll get the chance and also I'll do some dancing too :) I really wish to participate in TV talent competitions like the X factor, etc but I've gotta raise my level of proficiency to show it as more than just a hobby, will work towards that, we'll see how it goes :)

So coming to the blog, let's carry on with this design for the time being, but if I find something better, we'll try that out!! :) Until then, keep visiting here my dear 7 precious readers, let's make that 7 into 14, 21,......and someday 70 lol  we can keep dreaming and attempt to move forward step by step, what do you say? ;)
