Poem: Do you know how to love your girl?

After my previous post, some of my friends asked me, "Why do you write on love/romance always? Don't you get bored of writing on the same topic?"

My answer was, "I really enjoy writing on love and romance, makes me happy and I believe that love is the key ingredient which makes life beautiful :)

If poetry is food, then a love poem is like 'a freshly baked piece of cake' and romance is the delicious whipped cream icing on it and kisses are like cherry toppings on the cake :) 

And I'm a very sweet toothed poet who can enjoy making and having a poetic piece of love cake every day and it can never get boring cause I'd choose a variety of romantic flavours and fruit toppings to add more passion to life ;)

Poem: Do you know how to love your girl?

When clouds of sorrow rain tears of pain in her eyes,

Hold her tender in your hug stretching your soul across her sky,

And let her bake in the warmth of your heart's sunshine...

Plant your feather light kisses on her delicate eyelids,

Show her happiness through the window of your world,

Till a comforting rainbow smile springs up in her sky...

Finally, say something so funny that she'd laugh her head off.

If you can do that for her any time of any day,

Then you sure know how to love your girl...
