Wishing a very “Happy Father’s Day” to all the readers of Beyond Barriers…

Father’s day celebrations include - surprising gifts, greeting cards, bouquets, cakes, playing games, singing, dancing, throwing a big party tonight, etc – yes, they are all part and parcel of this special occasion.
But before the celebrations start, we need to spend some time with our fathers. This is the idea which I personally follow :
Take your Dad's hands into yours, look into his eyes and say, “Dear, you are a gem of a father, you made me what I am today, you are the best; I love you Dad and I’m proud to be your child.” Plant your kisses on both of your Dad's cheeks, hug him tightly to wish him a very “Happy Father’s Day”.
We should not let opportunities slip through our fingers, we should make use of them to express our love to those who really matter to us, those who are very close to our heart. They should know how much they mean to us and that we always care for them.
So, make the most of this Father's day to love your Dad...

Very beautiful post as ever.Great.
Growing up, there was no special day like 'Father's Day'that we celebrated. I never told my father I love you. Now my father lives in a different city. We often talk on the phone, and we both know, even without telling, that we love each other.
Very emotional post and I loved it.
early morning i recd a call fm my two daughters and i felt good..on father's day...
SAI.......i loved the cake a lot,and your mangoes too....lol
We can't tell our fathers enough just how much they mean to us.
Yeah, we should take every opportunity to let them feel it.
"Happy Father's Day" to all the Dads out there... :)
i called up my father and before i could say anything, he said 'thank you very much.'
he is not vocal about his feelings and so i havent been able to talk to him freely, ever, but i guess he knows... for i know too.
Father's hesitate to express their love to their sons, openly, I have noticed. But in small small things they show it. Some sons recognize them and you are one, I am sure. Fathers and daughters get along well, normally!
Very beautiful way of expressing your love to your father, Sai!
thanks buddy..cheers
@Kavitaji:
Thanks for such nice comments; I got a big smile when you said that you loved the cake :)
@Aparnaji:
Yes, when in school, I never knew about Father's day but since college days, I'm making sure that I spend the day with my Dad and make him feel special.
Yes, parents and children definitely love each other and there is no need of openly expressing love.
But take my word, expressing love openly brings infinite joy to our soul. I always express my love openly to my loved ones, especially parents and so much they love the way I do it that they ask me to repeat the same again and again. Glad you loved this post :)
@Ramesh Bhai:
Thanks a lot for sharing your happy moments on Father's day with us :)
Cheers,
Charan.
@Margaret :
My sincere gratitude for your warm and kind wishes.
Yes, we can never show how much love we have in our hearts for our parents. The more we express the more it gets developed :)
@Lala Bhai :
I felt very happy to read your comment Bhai, my special thanks for sharing your joy with us.
So much your Dad loves you that the moment he lifted your call, he said 'thank you very much'. Beautiful moment of joy to cherish for both of you.
Even if he is a little silent, there is so much of love, affection and caring between both your heart and your Father's heart.
Please convey my warmest wishes to your Dad. You people are really "Lovely Dad-Son pair" :) I Wish you both good luck, keep rocking :)
@Sandhyaji :
I believe in "openly expressing love" to all my loved ones, be it - family, friends and relatives. Life is so unpredictable that it is better to live everyday like it is your last day and make the most of it.
Let the candle shine more brightly for a few hours and melt away instead of burning dim and dull for the whole day. Live every moment of life with passion, energy and enthusiasm.
At the end of the day what matters is - how many smiles you shared to others from your pockets and in exchange how much pain of theirs did you absorb. Absorb pain and give smiles – everyone, yes every single person will love you the way you are.
Thanks Sandhyaji for your opinion on this post, your comments are nice and encouraging.
Cheers,
Charan.
