My dear Mother, for few minutes just leave the world aside and visit Beyond Barriers… to read this post, written especially to surprise you and give me a chance to explain you how unique and special you are to me…
In this post, I express my love for you; that I feel very proud to be born as your son; you should know how much I admire you and consider you as the most ideal mother in this world.

In my childhood, Papa repeatedly warned you, “Stop pampering our son to that extent, you will end up spoiling him”. But you always showed confidence in me by saying, “He is too humble, honest and well-mannered for his age. I trust my blood, he can never become bad”. I’m proud today to have lived up to all your expectations my dear mother and made every word of yours true...
Though you explained me about the good and the bad, you still gave me the choice to pick my own interest. I went on to choose the right path and so I express my gratitude my dear mother, for the freedom you always give me.
I forced you many a time to lose your temper dear, but you always maintained your cool. Hats off to your infinite patience my dear mother; you never scolded me in my life; you did not slap me even once since I was born, so kind you were dear. Let every mother take you as an example and let every child be blessed like me.
I will call the world to crown you as the best mother; I will write poems expressing my love and gratitude for you; I will write your biography and distribute free copies to every mother; but whatever I may do, I know that I can never repay you back for giving this immeasurable gift of birth to my soul…
You have shown the world around you a new way to bring up children by not only pampering me but by even teaching me good behavior, morals, habits and manners; not by scolding or slapping but just with your kind motherly love.
You are one of the best moms in this world; you are very unique and very very special… love you my dear mother...

You've expressed so much love and gratitude for your mother in these lines. She must be very proud of you.
You are one of the best moms in this world; you are very unique and very very special… love you my dear mother..
This is the best gift any mother would cherish, Sai. She must be saying this about you, to the whole world, Sai:
'You are one of the best sons in this world; you are very unique and very very special… love you my dear son...'
@Kavita:
Kavitaji, thanks a million for your "Sadar Pranam" - yes, I conveyed it to my mother and she became emotional. It really means a lot to our mother-son duo, we shall cherish it all our lives.
Well definitely, I'll keep writing more about my mother's love and kindness in Beyond Barriers...
In fact, I'm planning to start writing her biography pretty soon; I'll send you a copy after I finish it :)
@Margaret:
Well yes, she is very proud of me. And she was surprised in a big way after I made her to personally read this post on my blog.
She is overjoyed and said that she never expected me to openly express so much of my love for her.
@Sandhya:
So, is this the best gift... I have many more in stock for my mother; yes the best is yet to come :)
Thanks a lot for the compliment Sandhyaji and yes, she says that to the world around and actually even more...
SAI....i will be waiting for that day...and tell ma that getting emotional will not do...I WANT HER BLESSINGS TOO.
you know, you are not the only one who thinks their mom is the best... but you have worded it really nicely and expressed it to her...
This piece is very moving, almost as moving as the poem about mother on your blog. It is heartening to see that you so deeply recognise the contribution of your mother. She would be so happy and proud.
Wonderful sai,very well written,what did ur mom said after she reading this post.
Every mother is special but it is the children who dont express their love towards their mom,u have expressed it so well.
Touchwood to u and to ur mom and a big hug to her :) :) :) :)
@Kavitaji:
Thanks for re-visiting this post :)
Yes, my mother saw your comment and she said that the best of her blessings will always be with you and your children :)
@Lalaji:
Bhai, thanks a lot for writing your opinion for this post.
Yes Bhai, since my childhood I was aware that every child feels their own mother is the best and every mother feels her own children are the best.
That's why I called her not as "the best mom" but as "one of the best moms"; because every mother will be in the list.
Well yes, as you said, every person chooses their own way of expressing it to their mothers. And I made use of blogger as a platform to explain my mother how much I love her.
@Onkarji :
Thanks for your kind words, yes she is the biggest strength behind all my success in life, so I feel it's my duty to let her know in some way or the other my love for her.
@Varunavi Garu :
I express my thanks for writing your opinion for this post, yes, I planned it, wrote it and made my mother read it - it was a big surprise for her.
Yes, my mother read your words and felt your big hug for her; in return, she gives her big hug as well :)
