Wishes for my dear Mother...

Wishes for my dear Mother...

Wish every morning in your life be a spring morning Ma,
With fresh soothing breeze gently touching your cheeks...

Wish every noon in your life flow like a sparkling river Ma,
With your shining pearl like eyes singing melodious songs...

Wish every evening in your life be a golden evening Ma,
With the fragrance of blooming jasmines filling your lungs...

Wish every night in your life be a full moon night Ma,
With the cool moonlight carrying peaceful heavenly dreams...

What more could a mother wish for Charan.
You've wished her every possible gift from God and Mother Nature.

Very beautifully thought out, felt and penned into a touching poem.

@Kavita:
My sincere thanks for your compliment. I feel that she is not actually lucky, but I'm the most lucky one to be born to such a kind goddess.

@Ramesh:
Bhai, thanks for your wishes. Well yes, I conveyed your regards to my mom and she sent thanks in return :)

@Margaret:
My mother deserves even more love and if God grants me one wish, I would like to win over all the hearts in this World and gift them to her one fine day :)

Beautiful, just beautiful poetry - is she lucky to have such a son, who is full of love and knows to show it also, or are you lucky to have her as your mother, who has nurtured such gifted heart in you, Sai, You have used mother nature to gift her, show her your love, very aptly.

Very good poetry. Has she read this poem? How did she react? Please covey our love and regards to her, Sai.

@Sandhya:

Yes, my mother was the first person to read it before I published this poem in Beyond Barriers...

My mother's emotional response was - "Thank you my dear son, thank you for writing these lines specially for me. I love every word, every letter and it'll remain in my heart for the rest of my life".

Well Sandhyaji, as you said, we are both lucky to have each other in our lives. And I'll definitely convey your love and regards to her.

Cheers,
Charan.
